Exchange or refund/Return Request Must be made within 24Hours of Delivery.
Product must be shipped to us within 48hrs of receiving the product and a mail must be sent to email@example.com regarding the same.
Please ship the product to the address mentioned in the invoice received with the product. The cost of sending the product must be borne by the customer. Any product is valid for exchange or Refund/Return only under the following conditions:
1. Product must be unused and it must be in brand packaging.
2. All the tags and packing material must be intact.
3. Any Free Gifts must be returned along with the original product.
*Please note accessories cannot be exchanged.*
Returns & Refund Policy:
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Once your return is received and inspected by Gears First Team, your refund will be processed and refunded to the original payment method. Depending on Banks, It may take an additional 2-10 business days for your refund to be reflected to your Bank account.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Gears First, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand . Customers have the option of using the carrier of their choice to return your order/product to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a Rs 250 Service Fee.
In case if you want to cancel the order while in transit, both side shipping charges will be deducted from the Order amount. and refund will be processed only after the product has returned to our Gears First fulfilment centre.
We start processing the orders soon after receiving them. Hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled once shipped. Order can be cancelled only if the status of order is “Processing“. Once the order is marked as “Processed” it can not be cancelled. Processed Means the product has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner.
In case of cancellation while the order is in “Processing” status, the shipment ( That means after confirming the order and before receiving the shipment notification) There will be a deduction of transaction fees of Razor Pay which is about 2.25%+GST and platform charges will be 2%. this amount will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer. After deducting the remaining amount will be refunded.
We process the refund within 48 Hours. Refund process may take at least 2-10 days depending on banks Holidays/working time.

Return of Used or Damaged Items:
Any product which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet or clean surface in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.
Any merchandise or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer / Respective Brand.

Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
Damaged while in Transit:
Please let us know ASAP, if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take video of unboxing if possible. All our products are Insured, so any damage will be covered by Courier or Delivery Partner. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (Delhivery, Blue dart, Xpressbees, Etc ). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
